With over 30 years of life-changing ministry as Compassion International's USA Ministry, YPN continues to partner with hundreds of local and regional organizations strategically targeting the development of three key areas: Networking, Education and Training.

YouthPartnersNET presents "Building Your Boat"
This unique and first of its kind intensive training for small evangelical urban ministry executives is designed for those called of God with a heart and passion for reaching the "least of these" in our nations "at-risk communities". We are keeping this group intentionally small so that you can gain the most from the invited experts and just as importantly to learn from your peers.
You've often heard it said or have said it about yourself, "I'm a jack of all trades and master of none." Too often urban ministry leaders have used that phrase. However, in these days of intense legal, financial, and moral scrutiny I say, although we can't know everything, "we must master some".
During these two days, you will start to "master" some skills in order to help you become a more efficient, effective, and energized executive. We also say, "Sometimes it's not what you know but what you don't know that will hurt you". Therefore we uncover those things that can hurt you and your ministry if you're not prepared or don't have your bases covered.
