Efrem Smith Keynote Speaker for Denver CW
YouthPartnersNET and Global Christian Education has indicated that Efrem Smith will provide the keynote message for the Friday night opening General Session to the Chicago CompassionWorks conference on January 28, 2005. The Chicago edition of CompassionWorks will be held January 28-30, 2005 at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare Hotel.
CompassionWorks is designed to train children and youth urban workers/leaders while enjoying great inspirational speakers and worship and praise sessions. The Chicago CompassionWorks attendees will enjoy four general sessions and over 30 workshops/seminars all centered around the conference theme of "Got Your Back!"
Efrem Smith began serving as a Part-Time Itinerant Speaker with Kingdom Building Ministries in the mid-1990’s. Through his use of humor, storytelling, and dissection of scripture, Efrem clearly communicates messages focused on racial reconciliation, lifestyle choices, and the heart of missions. Efrem’s full-time ministry post is serving as senior pastor at the Sanctuary Covenant Church in Minneapolis, MN.
