Built on the belief that the hope of children and youth living high-risk communities can be restored and their potential be released in Jesus' name through focused partnerships with local church and community organizations, YouthPartnersNET [YPN] launched its nationwide ministries July 1, 2003. With over 30 years of life-changing ministry as Compassion International's USA Ministry, YPN continues to partner with hundreds of local and regional organizations strategically targeting the development of three key areas: Networking, Education and Training.

Networking Strategies: CityLinks
YPN’s networking strategies focus on facilitating citywide and national networks of ministry and resource partners to enhance cooperation and build relationships for support and self-sustainability.
CityLinks is a networking strategy bringing the expertise of frontline outreach ministries, local leadership, and resource allocation together with suburban and business resources for those in need. CityLinks follows an interdependence philosophy of encouraging sister church relationships between the frontline urban ministries and the well-resourced suburban churches and businesses.
With CityLinks, a city facilitator will match resources to needs, thus strengthening ministries with needs while empowering saints to give and serve locally. The city facilitator establishes support groups, intermediary relationships, and community development projects, so not only do the at-risk children and youth benefit, but so do the local churches, businesses, and communities at large.
